Terms of Service

This document is a public offer to enter into a service agreement on the terms set out below. Please read it before paying.
1. The parties
The Provider is a registered sole proprietor trading under the name HALCYON.
The Client is a natural person aged 18 or over who has accepted this offer by paying for a service.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider supplies informational and advisory services using tarot cards, in the formats described on this website.
Services are delivered remotely on Telegram — in writing or as voice notes — and are advisory in nature: they support the Client’s own reflection on their situation.
3. Ordering
The Client writes on Telegram and describes their request. The format and the wording of the question are agreed together.
The Provider may decline without giving reasons — in particular for topics listed under “What I don’t do” on this website. In that case the payment is refunded in full.
4. Payment
Prices are published on this website in hryvnia and euro. Payment is made in full in advance, by card or by SWIFT transfer.
Payment-system fees are borne by the Client. Price changes do not affect orders already paid for.
5. Delivery time
Within 30 minutes of payment; under heavy load, up to 6 hours, and the Client is told so immediately.
If that timing does not suit the Client, the payment is refunded in full.
6. Limitation of liability
The services are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and are not a substitute for qualified professionals.
The Provider gives no guarantee that any event will occur; all decisions are taken by the Client alone.
Services are provided to people aged 18 and over.
7. Confidentiality
The content of enquiries and readings is not published, not even in anonymised form.
Reviews are published only with the author’s separate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
8. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its control (military action, loss of power or communications). Deadlines are extended for the duration of such circumstances.
9. Changes to these terms
The Provider may amend these terms. Amendments take effect on publication and do not apply to orders already paid for.
